We want you to experience the ultimate comfort of Lola Blankets; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unwashed, like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your blanket and place it back into its original protective bag and shipping box to ensure it stays clean during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
